Hello and welcome!

At first glance, my life is a series of fortunate events. I have always found myself in incredible situations, wondering how I got here. I have realized it is the power of relationships and the willingness to put myself out there. 

This is a lesson I learned early. Almost failing out of high school, I knocked on the door of the world-renowned Huka Lodge, which, at the time, was rated number two globally. Huka Lodge took me in, created a trainee management program just for me, organized a massive scholarship to gain a Cornell University degree, and opened the world up for me. Their 'we never say no' mantra taught me that no challenge is insurmountable. 

From here, my career dipped and dived all over the place, from elite luxury to mastering the art of learning and development at Australia's most successful contact center company. Forays into makeup, personal training, building corporate wellness businesses, and decades in marketing/advertising brought me here, the USA, to help grow New Zealand's economy through the power of networks and timely solutions. 

Moving to the US.

In the US, I have led global cross-functional teams, spearheaded an award-winning global DEI program, rebranded some international programs, built and recruited a few teams, learned design thinking, presented at conferences, and challenged the status quo (sometimes a little too much).

My primary mission was to build a world-class advisory network in North America. I am proud of my success! The program and systems I built for North America were deployed globally. With technology innovations, new processes, and advanced project management, we went from a defunct program doing four engagements a year to over 1,ooo per year.

Relationships and people have always been central to everything I do. I am passionate about what good leadership looks like, especially as the world is at an inflection point of advanced AI. This crazy background has given me the unique perspective of being able to say, "I have done it all." From this, I can quickly build analogies to current situations from seemingly disconnected experiences and find common ground with almost everyone.
